Bachelors’ degree in business management from an internationally renowned university
Having an MBA or project management qualification will be advantageous
3+ years’ experience in project management and/or technical sales
Proven experience working internationally in start-up environments
Experience negotiating complex legal/contracting terms with funders and for partnership JV’s is vital
Strong experience in market research (mapping projects, identifying partners and funders) and exceptional high-level report writing expertise is pivotal
Must have strong financial capabilities – including modelling and budgeting
Responsible for key business development activities including areas specific to the following: profit generation (financial modelling and budget management), partnership development and vetting/due diligence, project management, market research as well as project identification and business plan establishment
Highly organized and strong attention to detail is essential
Highly computer literate
Excellent written and oral communication skills
