This is a once in a lifetime opportunity which will see you heading up a new division in the company, targeting the African continent and driving B2B solutions. Backed by a strong technical team, your objectives will be to effectively fortify a strong sales pipeline of project across our beautiful continent.
We are looking for a professional with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Commerce, someone who has 4+ years of experience driving B2B sales for an EPC company, specifically their energy storage solutions. This is non-negotiable and the primary requirement to make your profile stand out and shoot you to the top of the preferred candidate list. We are looking for a professional that understands off-grid technologies and basic technical designs since you will play a key role in identifying the right clients, delivering the right solutions to them as well as producing competitive pricing. From the initial stages of pre-feasibility right through to execution on projects, you will find yourself playing a key role throughout - which means you need to know your stuff!!!! Non-negotiable! If you are looking to be rewarded with a competitive commission structure, you are going to need to exceed your KPI's effectively... and you could find yourself taking your family on luxurious vacations to exquisite destinations across the globe!
We want sales professional who has experience producing compelling off-grid proposals for clients, as well as presenting to them. You need to be a master at negotiations, dealing with internal and external vendors on technical specifications and pricing. You need to understand how to upsell O&M packages too, that way you will quickly get the most out of your deals. You need to be target driven and focused on developing and implementing intelligent sales strategies that work. Able to easily respond to the client's technical questions during presentations and understand the motivators for potential clients to opt for your end-to-end solutions.
