As Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring technical work streams throughout the early phases of solar PV projects run smoothly, and that projects are designed to create optimal output at all times. This will include managing early stage contracting decisions, taking into consideration the best financial interest of the business. With strong interpersonal communication skills and established networks within the industry, you will be responsible for managing in-house engineers and external contractors during these development stages. In addition to the above, you will be required to undertake feasibility studies and site studies while ensuring relevant contractual specifications are adhered to. You will work together with a multitude of teams in leading the internal and external technical development processes for projects, overseeing civil, mechanical and electrical aspects for solar PV systems. With exceptional time management and organisational skills, you will be responsible for leading time and resource planning for yield assessment and other activities. Excellent written English skills will assist you in your efforts to conduct regular progress reports and market reviews, outlining the best way forward for your projects to achieve optimal output.
