Are you a logistics manager who is looking for a change of scenery for a year? Are you the type of person who embraces new technologies and finds creative solutions to problems that may have a ripple effect on your deadline from miles away?

One of the mega power houses in clean energy projects across the globe is in search of a top-notch Logistics Manager who makes logistics, seem like a breeze!

If you the person we are looking for, you will have worked your way up in the logistics field, transitioning from working in the warehouse to coordinating logistics. You will be an expert at doing logistics forecasts, as well as consolidating orders, booking freight space and deciding on the most efficient shipping lanes to the transport of large wind technology supplies. Your expertise will depict that working with the nitty-gritties of stock rotation, order picking, and item coding is second nature to you. As you assist with the deployment of supplies to two of the firm’s major wind farms in South Africa, you will need to stream line the process through facilitating conversations so that staff in the warehouse and sub-contractors understand decisions and changes that are being made at an executive or sales level.

If you enjoy living close to the sea while you work (you will be stationed in Saldanha Port) then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
