Description

If you have 4-5 years’ experience in thermal as a project manager or have proven experience project managing vast amounts of fuel across Africa – we desperately looking for you!

Our client is a mega energy player, backed by their own strong equity, which allows them to deploy multiple projects as well as take on innovative projects out of their general scope. In these instances, it’s often their entrepreneurially natured team that initiates investment in alternative projects. They want someone who gets things done and doesn’t just talk about doing it – someone who will fit straight in with the small close-knit team. Culture is everything to the client and they want a team player who is energetic and likes to get stuck into their work, even if it’s not in their scope or requires you to head out the office to get the results you want. If you the perfect fit for this role you will be a straight-laced person who doesn’t blur lines and is driven by your outputs. Most of the time you will be based in Zambia and sometimes head off to their Mozambique projects or projects they will be developing in Africa. An ability to speak the local language of Zambia and Mozambique is ideal, however if you a go-getter you will probably learn the languages quickly!

If you someone who takes responsibility for their actions and isn’t getting scared of being thrown in the deep end (after all this is the best way to learn), then apply now!

*** Please note we are looking for a Construction PM (you have to have thermal energy experience) as well as a Project Manager (on the thermal project development side / fuel logistics)
