If you have an electrical or mechanical degree and have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working on O&M solar PV projects, you could be the ideal candidate to join Africa’s largest IPP company responsible for over 400MW of renewable energy projects. They are looking for a Solar Site Supervisor who can ensure that all project-related activities are performed in accordance with the O&M contract and other best practices adapted by the site owner.

Our client is looking for a quick thinker with the ability to spot any errors and correct them accordingly. This will have you reviewing planned maintenance activities to ensure precision and mitigating any risks by scheduling breakdown maintenance activities that will have the least amount of impact on power generation and the facility. By doing so, you will be able to show off your organisational skills by capturing maintenance feedback onto the system. You will not only be adding your sublime knowledge of health and safety regulations to the team, but you will also play a vital part in recording and logging reports pertaining to health and safety and other reports deemed important to the shareholders and top management. Part of your responsibilities will include ensuring that the team has access to access to all tools and equipment needed to effectively deliver on their objectives and you will also assist with facilitating government and shareholder site visits.

We are looking for a Solar Site Supervisor with a depth of experience on-site managing teams. If you have over 100 MW project experience under the belt and you know the ins and outs of solar installations and projects – this is your time. Apply now!
